Amada Demczyk
President
With over 15 years of experience in the restoration industry, Amada has built a career defined by resilience, expertise, and unwavering commitment. She began her journey as a 1099 technician in the field, where she quickly honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the restoration process. Through years of hard work and perseverance, she advanced to managing crews on large-loss projects, navigating complex billing systems, and ultimately earning her way into a leadership role in management. Amada’s success is a testament to her belief that dedication and determination yield meaningful results. Her ability to lead teams, handle intricate logistical challenges, and drive efficient restoration efforts showcases her exceptional skill set. Beyond her professional achievements, Amada is a devoted wife and a loving mother, balancing her career with her commitment to family. She approaches every aspect of her life with care, integrity, and passion.
Andrew Demczyk
Marketing and Operations Manager
As a lifetime resident of Medina county, Andy has dedicated himself to serving others. He served for 15 years in the Ohio Army National Guard, with two tours overseas. In his time in the military, he was dedicated to the soldiers under his command. Weather it was going away for training, or preparing for a mission, His leadership and logistical skills were among the best. For the last 10 years, He has been employed as an Emergency Communications Officer with the Medina City police department. Furthering his commitment to the citizens of Medina through assisting them with everything from life threatening emergencies to locking their keys in their cars. All the while building relationships with law enforcement and community partners. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time at the beach with his family, going camping and grilling/smoking various meats.
