How much do your services cost?No two snowflakes are the same. The same is true in the restoration business. Therefore, unfortunately, there is no set price for any of our services as each job is unique.

How long does it take to restore my house?An estimated timeframe can only be issued after one of our professional restorers can view and calculate the damage.

What insurance do you take, and will you work with them on behalf of us?RESTORATECH works with the majority of insurance companies and will assist you every step of the way to ensure a smooth process for our customers.

What hours/days are you available?We are available 24/7 for emergency services, with technicians being on call at all times. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM.

What if I don't want to make an insurance claim?Customers wishing to do what we call a "self-pay" will be required to pay half of the estimate before work begins, with the other half due upon completion of the job.

Is there a cost for after-hours call outs?Yes, we charge a fee of $275.00 for after-hours call out outs and a fee of $350.00 for holidays. This fee, however, can be applied to your initial estimate if services are accepted.
